A colleague lost her brother-in-law in a tragic suicide. So hard to deal with. Here is a card I made for her using Close to my Heart Wings paper and Dream stamp set.

Spring card!

I was doing the April card sketch at Fiskateers.com and this is the card I made using scrap paper and a rose stamp I bought at the thrift shop. I used the Fiskars circle cutter and butterfly border punch, and SU word window border punch! I think it turned out nice! Enjoy!

My youngest child is turning 29 today! How time flies! So have a great birthday Jeff! I love you.

Brayer Time!

I like to follow Michelle Zindorf's blog and do some of her brayer tutorials. I brayered the background and then used a Michaels stampset called Splat for the stamping over the brayer. I embossed the images from CTMH Live Inspired stamp set and also used a Hero Arts word background stamp. The metal foundry, button, lace and waxy flax are all from CTMH.
